Frequently Asked Questions

Answers Before You Order.

Quick answers about turnaround, pricing, digitizing, shipping, and how we work — so you can place your order with confidence.

We don't have a strict minimum. We work on small personalized orders (a single embroidered gift) as well as large business orders (uniforms for an entire team or school). Pricing is based on quantity, garment type, and stitch count, so larger orders typically receive better per-piece pricing.
Standard turnaround is usually 2 to 7 business days, depending on quantity, garment availability, design complexity, and our current production queue. If we can start your order right away, it ships sooner; during busy weeks, it may need to wait its turn. Rush production may be available — send us your deadline through WhatsApp and we'll confirm what's possible.
Both options work. We can supply quality garments from trusted suppliers like Nike, Carhartt, Sport-Tek, Port & Company, and others — or you can send your own apparel for embroidery. If you're unsure what to choose, we'll help you select the right product for your project.
Digitizing is the professional work of converting your logo or artwork into a production-ready embroidery file. The fee covers that service — not a physical product. The file stays on hand for your future orders, so you don't pay it again on reorders. We also sell custom embroidery designs, and if you'd like to receive your own digitized file to use elsewhere, please let us know in advance — different pricing applies.
Yes. Before we begin, we confirm the artwork, placement, thread colors, garment, quantity, and timeline so you know exactly what to expect. For more detailed projects, we can send a digital mockup or sew-out sample for approval.
We're based in Hialeah, FL and offer local pickup and delivery in select Miami areas. We also ship nationwide across the U.S., and international shipping is available on request. Shipping options and timelines are confirmed with each order.
Embroidery uses real thread stitched into the fabric — ideal for polos, hats, jackets, and uniforms where a clean, professional, long-lasting look matters. DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing uses heat-applied transfers — better for full-color designs, gradients, photos, or detailed artwork that wouldn't translate well to thread. We'll recommend the best method for your project.
Yes. We work with businesses, schools, restaurants, clinics, marinas, and organizations that order on a recurring basis. Once we know your typical volume and items, we can put together pricing and a reorder process that makes ongoing orders fast and predictable. Send us a message through WhatsApp to start the conversation.
